Live Roundtable · On Zoom · Friday, November 20 · 12 PM CT

What makes good people stay?

I'm hosting a 75 minute roundtable for HR and People leaders, and I want to hear from you. No pitch, no slides full of answers. Just an honest conversation about what keeps good people, what pushes them out, and what nobody has time to fix. Only 50 seats.

What this is

You can probably name who left last quarter. It's harder to say what changed for the people who stayed. Projects get redone. Meetings end without decisions. The same issue comes back a third time. Good people go quiet before they ever go.

This roundtable is research. I'm building a way to help organizations find what's really driving those patterns, and I would rather learn from people who live it every day than guess. I'll ask the questions. You and your peers do the talking, in small groups and as a full room.

What you walk away with: fresh ideas from other People leaders facing the same pressure, and a copy of the findings summary once I've pulled together what everyone shared.

Who this is for

HR, People, and Learning and Development leaders. Operations leaders and managers who own how their teams perform. If keeping good people is part of your job, your perspective belongs in this room.

Who is hosting you

Kim, host of the roundtable

I'm The Communication Accountant™, Founder and CEO of KimUnity Soulutions LLC. After more than 25 years in accounting, I learned that every team keeps a ledger. Every word, every action, and every silence is a deposit or a withdrawal, and those balances show up in turnover, engagement, and results. I host the KimUnity Soulutions Podcast, with more than 130 episodes on leadership and humanity at work, and I created the Questions and Perspectives™ app, available in 11 languages to help teams move past small talk into real conversation.
